. . . 2 Ounces Per Day for People with Type II Diabetes
According to a study conducted by the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center, and just published in the February issue of Diabetes Care, eating 2 ounces of walnuts per day as part of a normal diet may improve cardiovascular health in people with Type 2 diabetes.
Prior studies have demonstrated potential benefit of walnuts in promoting heart health in healthy adults, but few have focused on diabetes. Since Type 2 diabetes raises the risk for cardiovascular disease, researchers at the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center wanted to explore the effect of walnut intake on adults with diabetes. We all know health care in the U.S. is excellent . . . and expensive. Health care spending in 2007 skyrocketed to $2.3 trillion (that’s $2,300,000,000,000.00!), or $7600 per person.
So what if you, like 47 million Americans, can’t afford it? Or, like a growing number of Americans, you are taking your health into your own hands?
Most health care dollars spent today deal with the devastating health effects of preventable lifestyle factors, like:
Eating the Standard American Diet of processed, boxed, chemical-laden, refined, fast, and junk foods
Severe nutrient deficiencies as a result of this diet
Little physical activity
Toxins surrounding us in our carpet, cosmetic products, cleaning products, food and drink products, water, air, and more
Frequently high stress levels
Does this sound like your life? Then you need to know that you can actually save yourself thousands of dollars and enjoy vibrant health and energy for years to come . . . starting now.
We at MicroNutra Health believe health care should encompass the whole person, addressing the root cause instead of just the symptoms.MicroNutra Health products are the perfect addition to a healthy lifestyle, providing your body with the tools it needs to help you enjoy youthful energy and finally experience the true meaning of health care.

Complimentary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) has long been known to improve people’s lives. However, Big Pharma, FDA, and mainstream physicians refused to recognized CAM – even though numerous studies, research, and clinical trials have proven that CAM is preventive health care, not sick care.
Health care reform took a huge leap this past March in Washington when over 650 people attended the Summit on Integrative Medicine and the Health of the Public. The summit was produced by the Institute of Medicine (IOM). By all accounts, it was the largest and most diverse group ever assembled to focus on integrative health. In attendance were healthcare providers, Senators, and speakers from several universities.
Recognizing CAM, the consensus was to change the term to “Integrative Health or Integrative Medicine”. It seemed that all attendees were in agreement that integrative health was the “true” healthcare reform.
Integrative medicine is described as orienting the health care process to create a seamless engagement by patients and caregivers of the full range of physical, psychological, social, preventive and therapeutic factors known to be effective and necessary for the achievement of optimal health.
